James Blunt moon landed in Cluj during his world tour, and on 31st of October, made history at the Polyvalent Hall.

The artist not only closed TIMAF (Transylvania International Music and Arts Festival), but also inaugurated the newest events venue in Cluj. He was joined by not less than five thousand people, who sang along with him hits like “Goodbye My Lover” or “You’re Beautiful” and songs from his latest album “Moon Landing”, like “Postcards” or “Bonfire Heart”.

The British artist made people go “mad” when he decided to crowd surf. Everyone was running towards the stage to help the singer get across the room and started screaming and clapping as soon as he landed on his feet.

“I was a little skeptic in the beginning, but he actually sounds better live than on his albums”, Paula Codra said.

Another fan of the artist, Andrei, was so excited that all he said was “it was the best concert I’ve ever been to.”

It was, nonetheless, a once in a lifetime experience and you are to thank not only James Blunt, but also TIMAF for it.

Not only Romanians seem to love James Blunt. The artist apparently loves this country too, since it’s the second time he performs here. So, if you didn’t get a chance to see him yet, don’t worry, he might be back.
